We are currently hiring for the position of

Senior Call Center Agent (part-time & full-time),


  • Handle all incoming video calls
  • Ensure quality service and support to customers
  • Assist and guide customers through the processes
  • Record and consolidate details of phone conversations
  • Log daily record into the system
  • Manage day to day call center operations
  • Troubleshoot for basic technical issues


  • Good Interpersonal Communication skill
  • Excellent customer-service mindset and detail orientated
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred
  • Working experience in Customer Service, Hotline or Call Center operations environment, insurance & banking industry is a plus
