We are currently hiring for the position of
Senior Call Center Agent (part-time & full-time),
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming video calls
- Ensure quality service and support to customers
- Assist and guide customers through the processes
- Record and consolidate details of phone conversations
- Log daily record into the system
- Manage day to day call center operations
- Troubleshoot for basic technical issues
Requirements:
- Good Interpersonal Communication skill
- Excellent customer-service mindset and detail orientated
- Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred
- Working experience in Customer Service, Hotline or Call Center operations environment, insurance & banking industry is a plus
